Product Description

The Elliptical machine Provides a total body (legs, hips, buttocks, arms and shoulders), low-impact, cardiovascular workout for all family members, regardless of ability level. This unit resembles a walking or jogging machine. Your feet move in a natural elliptical motion, providing a no-impact workout for less stress on the joints. As you walk, your hands grasp poles that move in conjunction with your leg motion. This results in a smooth, fluid movement that tones arms, chest, back, hips, legs, and glutei. Better than a treadmill!

Exceptional Value, July 10, 2013

There are dozens of brands and styles of exercise equipment on the market and most cost way more than this Palm Springs 2 in 1 yet get a fair share of poor reviews so I decided that I would take a chance on this one as it seemed to have the features I wanted and almost all good reviews.

The first thing I noticed was how solidly this 'bike' is built. It was semi-easy to put together, took about 1/2 hour. The 'computer' keeps track of the distance, time and calories burned. The equipment works as well as the fancy gizmo's in the gym. I have found it inviting to use while watching the news or a baseball game.

I've only had this for a few weeks but so far so good. At this price it is a real value for the money!

Best simple 2 in 1 !!!, May 12, 2013

This is a great buy!! I didn't put it together, my step dad did. He said it was easy to follow with the directions. He said everything was there and in great condition. I got all the information on the delivery. It arrived just as it was supposed to on time... And on a personal note I'm feeling great and looking good.

Design defect - do not purchase, February 1, 2014

The friction belt on the bike is a nylon strap stitched to a piece of felt. The stitching is exposed to the moving wheel of the belt which wears away the stitching. Once the stitching breaks the nylon strap can move freely, and gets worn away by the moving wheel of the bike. When the strap breaks (like mine has) the bike no longer has any tension and is worthless. This is a design issue with the friction belt.

The more you use the bike, the faster the belt will break.

They will offer to replace the belt as part of the 1 year warranty, which is a lot of time to call them up, have the send a replacement belt, and then take the bike apart to get the new belt in. Depending on your usage, you will be doing this every few weeks. After the 1 year warranty you will have to buy something else that works.
